Our Online Store is primarily for purchasing instructor materials and supplies. Most safety training classes are listed on the Chesapeake Region Safety Council website or on the Mid Atlantic OSHA Training Institute Education Center website.
A small number of online driving course modules are available for purchase through this store, but all other safety training classes should be registered through our main website. If you are looking to register for a class, please go to the Course Catalog page on chesapeakesc.org or on oshamidatlantic.org to view our course offerings. If you are unsure where to register or need assistance, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

While our new online store is the fastest and easiest way to place most orders, you’re still welcome to contact us by phone or email if you prefer to speak with someone or need assistance.
Our website allows you to browse products, check availability, choose shipping options, and place orders at your convenience but if you have special requests or simply prefer placing an order a different way, we’re here for you.
No, you can place your order without creating an account.
Simply check out as a guest using your email address. After your order is placed, an account will automatically be created for you using that email.
You do not need to log in unless you’d like to view your past orders or access your receipts in the future. Your account is there for convenience, but it’s completely optional to use.
If you ever want to access your account, just click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter the email address you used when placing your order. You’ll receive a link to set or reset your password and can then view your order history anytime.
NSC member discounts are applied where eligible by entering your NSC membership number on a eligible product.
You can apply to become a National Safety Council (NSC) member on our membership page. Membership gives your organization access to member-exclusive safety resources, NSC and CRSC training benefits, and discounted pricing on eligible products and courses. Members can receive special membership pricing on CRSC and NSC courses, including virtual, in-person/classroom, self-study, and certification courses, plus discounts of up to 20% on training and products.

You can pay for your order using a Credit Card at the time of purchase. Just go to the checkout page and you will be presented with several payment options.

Yes, invoice billing is available for approved companies.
At this time, invoicing is not available for individuals placing orders. Companies must be pre-approved by our Finance Department before selecting invoice billing.
If your company would like to request invoice approval, please email orders@chesapeakesc.org with the subject line “Invoice Order Request” and include:
- Company name
- Billing point of contact (full name)
- Billing point of contact email address
- Any relevant company details
Once you have been approved, you will have the option to be invoiced on the checkout page when placing an order. On the checkout page, you must fill out the field “Company Name”. You will then have the option to select “Invoice” as the payment method.

Yes! Fill out the shipping address on the checkout page and we will calculate the cost of the shipment and add it to the total prior to processing payment.
Orders can be picked up at our Baltimore, MD location at no additional charge by selecting Local Pickup during the checkout process.
Please verify that the order has been fulfilled prior to picking up. You can arrange a time for pickup during our normal business hours once your order has been confirmed and the teammate has emailed you letting you know your order has been packed.

To become an NSC First Aid Instructor you will need to attend the First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor Training course. For more information about this course, and to view upcoming training sessions, visit the First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor Training course page.
If you don’t remember your instructor number or you’re placing an order on behalf of an instructor and don’t have their credentials, we’re happy to help.
You can contact us and we will look up the instructor number and verify current certification status for you.
Instructor-only materials require verification before an order can be processed. When an instructor number is entered when adding the product to the cart, the order will be placed on hold while we confirm credentials. Verification typically takes one business day, and you will receive an email once your credentials have been confirmed and the order is moving forward.
If the instructor’s certification has expired, we will contact you with next steps. In many cases, renewal is simple and can be completed quickly.
If your company is exempt from Sales Tax collection, please contact us by phone or email to review your non-exempt status. You must submit proof of sales tax exempt status (usually a sales tax exempt certificate). If contacting us by email, please use the subject line “Sales Tax Exemption Request”.
As of April 1, 2025, all certificates are issued exclusively in digital format through the new platform.
No, certificates are not available for purchase by themselves and are only available with the workbooks.
However, if your certificate has been misprinted and you need a new copy, you may exchange the misprinted certificates for $2 per certificate.
Please note: You must bring the misprinted certificate with you to exchange. A new certificate cannot be issued without the old certificate.
